Providing an extremely high level of customer service, they were held back by the enormous amount of paper work generated and their old web site content management system - which was,
well, impossible to manage. We are developing a completely new database solution with live web site integration, so they can get on with what they do best - buy, refurbish and sell some
of the best antiques money can buy.

Paul Mckenna Training Paul McKenna, the world famous hypnotist, provides training courses
to the general public on a variety of topics. In March 2005 they contracted us to completely revamp their database which is used to book thousands of people every year onto their courses, to
assist in marketing, to integrate the database with Sage and automate the sending of email invoices and online registration forms.

We are currently in the consultancy phase and will soon begin development of a completely new, fully integrated solution to manage every aspect of their business from push-telesales (with CLI integration) to the complex scheduling requirements to manage over 60 teams nation wide.

one of the UK’s leading photographic laboratories has contracted Productive IT to bring our flagship product, The Photographic Organiser (TPO), in line with laboratory business process
& management requirements. We’re proud to have been chosen for this work which will eventually open up a whole new market for TPO.

Premier Print Group / Premier Direct Mail Producing millions of letters and brochures every year, Premier Print Group Ltd is a London based print and direct mail fulfilment company. Specialising in newsletters, magazines and direct marketing material for publishers and conference companies, they also provide database deduplication and Post Office mail sort services. We are currently developing a range of highly complex solutions to replace their existing database and provide levels of automation and management reporting previously unavailable.

Age Concern Age Concern is the largest charitable movement in the UK concerned with the needs and aspirations of older people and the leading
authority on ageing related issues.
We are currently developing a web-based solution for the administration and automation of parts of the Age Concern enterprise. The system will save
them over £100,000 in direct costs and over £500,000 in indirect costs over the four year project.

Emap plc We have just completed the adjustments to a database used by the Shots section of Emap to generate data for their web site www.shots.net. The database is used by a large team of staff for their day to day data gathering, bookings, subscriptions etc. and also outputs all the data for the regular web site updates. Emap plc is a world-wide media company that focuses on delivering information, entertainment, targeted communication and e-commerce vehicles in a high value markets.

Glaxo Smithkline A FileMaker software solution to control the Brand Services department which manages the launch of new drugs. The system was in part a
recreation of MS Project with a large number of additional features specific to the customers requirements. It included detailed task and sub task control along with extensive tracking and report
production features including cross-tab reporting.

Shell When Shell split up it’s internal departments into cost centres in 1998, with responsibility for their own budgets, they chose us to develop a
systems for the complete management of the photographic department.

Kingston University The photographic department of Kingston University uses a modified version of our flagship product, The Photographic Organiser to manage
all its jobs, including the photography of tens of thousands of graduates every year.

Zoo Zoo contracted Productive IT to modify their existing FileMaker database. The database was in continuous use by 15 users and
contained hundreds of thousands of records, vital to their everyday business, so one of the major criteria was to keep downtime to a minimum. A large amount of new functionality was added to the system
which made the users work-day much easier and far more productive.
Phase Two of this project recently involved the creation of a comprehensive subscription database in FileMaker (to replace their
Oracle subscription database) and was successfully completed in January 2002.

The Photographic Organiser Our flagship product, The Photographic Organiser, software for the organisation, management and marketing of photography
businesses is in use in over 450 studios throughout the UK and Ireland. It controls everything from extensive contact management to job tracking and order processing through to invoices and
full back end accounting. The system provides extensive analysis and report generation facilities along with an easy to use interface and flexibility and personalisation options for users.
