Screenshot 5. Address selection. In the Plus & Premium version, a dialog is displayed showing all individual addresses at the given postcode. Where known, all companies (and departments for large organisations) at that postcode are also listed. Just click on the appropriate entry and the full details are returned to your database.

Screenshot 6. Find My Nearest... This completely open sample file enables you to offer facilities to find the nearest company / supplier / pet shop / whatever you like to a given (customer’s) postcode.

Screenshot 7. Compare Existing Data in my Database... This completely open sample file enables you to compare existing addresses to the data in Postcode PA to evaluate how correct it is and script updates accordingly. This screenshot shows the summary report shown after the data has been compared.

Screenshot 8. Same module as screenshot 6 - this screenshot shows the original data and data from Postcode PA along with a percentage rating. As this file is completely open, you can decide how to script the updates back to your existing database.
