Rates (effective 1/1/2009)
Many companies only give their rates after you’ve enquired and given them your contact details - which puts off many potential customers. At Productive IT, we’re open about everything we do, that’s our policy (see our documents page for more details).

Day Rates
Consultancy and / or development - 30 days or less - £695 per day.
Consultancy and / or development - 31 days or more - subject to project / POA.

Hourly Rates
The hourly rate is £95 for customers with a current support contract and £125 for customers without a current support contract.

 Process / Workflow Analysis
What’s the point in creating a database or provide other automated solutions if your business processes are out of date?  Reporting Analysis
How do you generate business management and work-in-progress reports? Do those reports provide all the information required and do they present it in a user friendly style? Ongoing support and development services for your database solutions. SLAs are available for both solutions we’ve developed and for solutions developed by other companies or developed in-house. You can choose both the level of SLA and the quantity of units you think will suit your requirements.

 Fault Finding / Bug Testing
Developed your own system that needs thorough testing? We’re excellent at testing solutions to destruction and will find almost every bug in your solution. Why not have us test it before you release it on the unsuspecting world... This service can also include a review of your documentation.

 Training
We offer two types of training:

  • Developer training - helping your in-house developers to produce better solutions
     
  • Staff training - helping your staff to use your database more effectively (regardless of who developed them).

All training is done on your premises or at a training centre for larger groups. Your sessions can be prepared from computer-illiterate to anorak as appropriate. Sessions can be based on a specific topic/issue or on a more general theme or biased for one or more specific teams, e.g. sales & marketing. Training can be generic or based around your own database.
