Do you want to promote your services to clients on their birthdays & anniversaries? Easy!
Simply enter birthday & anniversary details (of children and parents respectively) through the main contact screen.
Then, to produce a mailshot to all people with forthcoming celebrations,
click on the "B&A Promotions" button on the main menu, enter the criteria and the mail merged letters will be produced automatically.
You can be very specific with your criteria,
e.g. if you wanted to run a childrens beauty competition, enter the month(s) required, age range "<=5" years, "B" for birthdays only and "F" for girls only.
TPO
will even address the letters to the parents and can merge the child's name into the letter, e.g. "Dear Mr. & Mrs Smith... according to our records it will be Sarah's birthday next month
and since she is still under 5, you can enter her free in our beauty competition... Wouldn't you love a birthday portrait of Sarah?..."
