This is the main contacts screen and the point from where everything flows.
Multiple contact names and telephone numbers can be entered for each
client (great for weddings or large families), addresses, source of enquiry, classification, general details, marketing codes and much more.
You can also see a history of the clients previous jobs, amounts spent with you, letters written to them etc.
From here you can write new letters to a client (custom letter or based on a
template), create call reminders, view a map of their address, enter birthday & anniversary details for marketing purposes and much more.
