This is the main day view in the diary. The diary can control up to four rooms (e.g. two studios and two
viewing rooms) and unlimited staff. There are options to view just appointments in a specific room or all appointments for a specific member of staff and you can colour-code appointments to make them
stand out.
Through the diary you also manage holidays, to do lists and are able to assign specific days or specific time slots to certain types of appointment if necessary.
You can set up
the diary with your preferred appointment times and intervals and even have different time slots in different rooms, so it works with your existing booking methods.
