TPO is supplied with many template letters, written specifically for a photography studio. You can
easily edit these letters and add your own. Letters can include 'merged' data, e.g. the date and time of an appointment or the client's outstanding balance.
The letters section is
split into different sections, namely portraits, weddings, commercial, invoices, forms, terms & conditions and birthdays. It also provides a facility to print directly onto labels - so you can easily
manage your varied letter and label requirements.
